Order Processing: All physical products ship from the UK within 3 working days. Original artworks and prints may require additional time, with updates provided via email. International shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks with proof of posting obtained.
Shipping Rates & Estimates:
- UK Second Class: 2-3 business days
- Rest of The World: 5-20 business days Delivery delays may occur.
Shipment Confirmation: Receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order ships.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to orders.
Damages: You can return damaged items within 14 days of delivery, unused, and in original packaging. Contact me at [email protected] before returning for resolution.
Returns: For returns and cancellations:
- Contact within 3 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within 14 days from delivery.
- Request a cancellation within 24 hours. Exceptions: commissioned items. Refunds are processed upon inspection, and credited to the original payment method.
