When will my order be shipped?
Orders typically ship within 3 working days via Royal Mail or a courier service. Paintings are tracked and signed for (where available), with delivery taking an additional 3 to 5 days post-despatch confirmation. International shipping may have longer transit times.

Can I collect?
Certainly! You can opt for free item collection by selecting the appropriate option in your Shopping Cart.
I do not live in the UK, do you ship internationally?
Please refer to the preceding section on shipping costs. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees outside the UK. Items are shipped upon receipt of full payment.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
You'll receive an email once your order ships. Feel free to reach out if you have any shipping concerns.
Can I return my items?
You can return damaged or incorrect items within 14 days from delivery, unused, and in original packaging. Contact me by using the contact form before returning.
For unwanted items, email within 14 days of receipt and return in original packaging within 14 days of the email. I'll refund the item price but not shipping. Refund only for unused and undamaged items.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, by opting to pay with Clearpay at the checkout you can pay in instalments.
Do you frame your artwork?
Certain original paintings come with professional framing, as noted in the online shop description. Other paintings offer optional framing for an additional fee, which may extend delivery time.
Can I order a commission?
Certainly! contact me by using the contact form. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront, with the full balance, including shipping costs, due before shipping.
